This tool can help you get the right amount of instances of your targeted keyword. If you don't know what it is, I believe it's 2.5%, but an easy way to find out is to search your keyword in Google and look at the 1st result. Count how many times the keyword is in the text, and count how many words are in the post using our Word Counter. Take those numbers and put them in the Keyword Density Finder. Don't forget to have your keyword in you Title Tag, Description & Keywords Tags, and your H1 Tag.
